This cottage-style condo sits on the second floor of a gated resort community, accessed by stairs. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the loft — beautiful and worth knowing about if you have mobility concerns. Inside, you'll feel the care immediately: fresh, bright finishes throughout, open-concept living flowing into a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful design everywhere.

Two king bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own full bathroom, give parents and guests their own retreat space. Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom features two queen beds plus its own full bathroom — ideal for teens and older kids who want independence. Three full bathrooms mean no morning conflicts; everyone gets ready without negotiating shower time.

The screened porch is where the magic happens. Draped in string lights, it's your sunset spot, wind-down zone, and home to dual arcade games (Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat II). Families linger here instead of retreating to screens. Past guests tell us their teens claimed the loft as their own private space, and kids spend hours competing at the arcade. The condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and popular attractions such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons. Guests can easily access the beach, local dining, and entertainment just minutes away.

A car is recommended for getting around the area. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions are just a short drive away. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the Destin and Miramar Beach area.

GOOD TO KNOW

Parking passes are required for all vehicles and are obtained at the front desk after arrival. Hidden Dunes is a gated community with HOA rules; guests are asked to respect the property and follow resort guidelines. No smoking, parties, or events are permitted.

Important: Coffee, spices, beach towels, and outdoor equipment are not provided — bring or purchase these items during your stay. The spiral staircase to the loft is steep and beautiful but requires good mobility; guests with accessibility needs should contact us before booking to discuss the layout.

The property has locked owner and housekeeping closets not available for guest use — but you have full access to all guest areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, screened porch, and in-unit laundry.
