What's Included: Beach chairs + umbrellas, in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TVs in every room, keyless entry, and full access to Seascape Resort's 5 pools, 2,000-ft beach, tennis, pickleball, basketball, playgrounds and golf.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire condo — all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining area, and private patio. Full access to all Seascape Resort amenities is included: 5 pools, 2,000-ft beach, tennis, pickleball, basketball, playgrounds, golf, and 5 on-site restaurants. The unit is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
We're self-managed hosts who take pride in fast, attentive communication — any time of day. We're hands-off during your stay so you have full privacy, but always just a message away if something comes up.
This unit is located right by Golden Pond and has beautiful sunrise views overlooking the golf course from the private patio area. A short walk to one of the 5 resort pools and a quick ride to the designated beach parking area. You’ll enjoy the slow pace of this community.
Seascape Resort is a golf cart and bike-friendly community — cruising the resort is half the fun. La Dolce Vida has a rental location right on the property for both golf carts and bikes, so you can gear up without leaving the resort.
The beach, pools, restaurants, tennis, and pickleball courts are all easily accessible within the resort.

Where do I begin? When we first walked into the home we were wowed!!! The home felt just like that… Home. We were surrounded by enough eateries and activities to last for the week. The beach was literally across the street for the resort. Melissa was an AMAZINGLY Wonderful HOST!!! She was very responsive helpful and resourceful. Every time I reached out I got a quick response. The Home had everything we needed. I even got a few tips for my home as well lol. My family and I will definitely be booking with her again soon. Thank you so much Melissa we really appreciate it.
We had an amazing time at this location. All three bedrooms are very spacious, beautiful interior and decor. Outdoor space is just as fun and relaxing. Any questions or anything that we needed from the host, She was very quick to respond and gave us all the answers we needed. We definitely would stay at this property or any of her other properties in the future
